UAB "VIA SPORTAS", UAB „STANVARA“, UAB „ELMOSLITA companies‘ activity is huge projects development of commercial, administrative and dwelling premises in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai. Management, rent and sale of real estate: new apartments, offices, and commercial premises.
Private Limited Liability Company (UAB) "VIA SPORTAS" has started its activity in 1995. The main activity of the company was trade in of sports goods. In 2001 the company purchased the former cinema HELIOS, invested into the reconstruction of the building, adjusted its architecture to the general conception of the Old Town and changed its activity to the management of real estate.
Presently UAB "VIA SPORTAS" managed property consists of the real estate objects in Vilnius.
The company is the owner of the HELIOS Pramogų centras building in Didžioji str. 28, Vilnius. It also owns „RIMI“ supermarket building in Vydūno str. 4, Pilaitė district in Vilnius; ELEKTROMARKT BAZĖ Parodų str. 1, and other buildings in the Vilnius city.
The company is successfully developing its activity in the real estate market. Next to the RIMI supermarket building in Vydūno str. 4, in the Pilaitė district, UAB „VIA SPORTAS“ is planning to construct HELIOS Shopping and Leisure centre.
The most important Project of the company is the HELIOS CITY, which already rises in Vilnius, Konarskio Street. The total area of the building - 15‘900 m². The complex will consist of 3 main structures – multistory apartment building, shopping arcade, and offices. Investments in the project make 70 million LTL.
The Company pays special attention to the improvement of the real estate projects, original architectural decisions analysis, quality demands.
UAB „VIA SPORTAS“ successfully rented its buildings to tenants, who are working profitably: RIMI trade network, VP Market, Norfa, APB „Apranga“, „CityCasino“, SEB Vilniaus Bankas, Bank Snoras, Japanese restaurant „Kabuki“ and others.
Private Limited Liability Companies (UAB) „STANVARA“ and (UAB) „ELMOSLITA“ were established in the year 2000. The companies manage real estate in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai. The 1st stage of the planned huge projects is already implemented: in 2003 an old building in Pramonės str. 25, Kaunas, was reconstructed and ELEKTROMARKT shopping centre with the total area of 5000 m² was opened. In 2004 a modern building for ELEKTROMARKT shopping centre was built (total area of the building makes 5000 m²) in Taikos pr. 56, Klaipėda. The buildings are rented to well known companies: „RIMI“, „Elektromarktas“, „Juodasis alksnis“, „Minijos baldai“, „Saginda“ and others.
The 2nd stage of project development in Kaunas and Klaipėda is foreseen in 2006. Next to the already built objects, the new ones for dwelling, administrative and commercial purposes are planned to be built.
The commercial and administrative premises are either rented or sold.
